Free Renewal Comparison
Coverage, engineered.
You compare flights. We compare coverage. Independent, carrier-agnostic comparisons for Johnson County homeowners, new buyers, and small-business owners — no pressure, no call center.
How Comparison Works
Three Steps. No Call Center.
You compare flights. We compare coverage — the same way, side by side, in plain language.
Tell us what you have
Send your current renewal or fill out the quote form — coverage line, renewal date, and how to reach you. No account, no phone tree.
We compare across carriers
We shop your coverage against multiple carriers and line it up against what you have today, coverage limit by coverage limit.
You get a plain-language readout
A straightforward breakdown of what's the same, what's different, and what it means — from a licensed independent agent, not a call center script.
Coverage Map
Four Lines, One Plain-Language Comparison
Every line below is explained the way we'd explain it in person — what it covers, what it doesn't, and what tends to trip people up at renewal time.

Home & Renters
Dwelling, personal property, liability, and loss-of-use coverage explained in plain terms — we show you what your policy actually pays for, not just the premium.

Auto
Liability, collision, comprehensive, and uninsured-motorist coverage compared side by side across carriers, so you know exactly what changes if you switch.

Umbrella
Extra liability protection layered on top of your home and auto policies — for the gap between what a lawsuit could cost and what your underlying policies actually cover.

Small Business
Business Owner's Policy (BOP)-style packages — property, general liability, and business interruption — translated out of insurance-speak into what it means for your shop.
Small Business
A Business Owner's Policy, Explained Like a Person Wrote It
Most small-business policies bundle a few core coverages into one package (often called a BOP). We walk through what's actually in yours — or help you build one from scratch — without the jargon.
Typically included
- Property coverage — your building and its contents, if you own or lease space
- General liability — protection if a customer or vendor is injured on your premises
- Business interruption — help covering lost income if a covered event shuts you down temporarily
- Equipment and inventory — tools, fixtures, and stock, scoped to what your business actually holds
Exact coverages and limits vary by business type — the quote form below is the fastest way to get a package scoped to yours.

What Clients Say
Comparisons From Real Households
“I brought in my renewal not expecting much and they walked me through exactly what my old policy did and didn't cover. No pressure, just a clear comparison. I switched and understood why.”

Bring Your Renewal. We'll Translate It.
Pick a coverage line, tell us your renewal date, and we'll come back with a plain-language comparison — or call (913) 555-0125 if you'd rather talk it through first.
Why Independent
One Agent. Multiple Carriers. Zero Sales Script.
A captive agent sells you one company's products. We're independent — we shop your coverage across multiple carriers and bring back the options, not a single pre-decided answer. Licensed independent agents, plain-language coverage translation, no pressure to bundle or switch.

Questions We Get A Lot
Frequently Asked Questions
How does the comparison actually work?
Send us your current renewal (a photo or PDF is fine) or fill out the quote form. We review your existing coverage, shop it against multiple carriers, and come back with a plain-language breakdown of what changes — no phone-tag required to get started.
What information do you need from me?
For a first pass: your name, contact info, the coverage line you want reviewed (home, auto, umbrella, or business), and your current renewal date. If you have your existing declarations page, that speeds things up, but it's not required to start.
How long does it take to get a comparison back?
Most comparisons are ready within one to two business days. If your renewal is coming up fast, say so in the form — we'll prioritize it.
Am I obligated to switch if I request a comparison?
No. A comparison is informational — we show you what's out there and translate the coverage into plain language. Whether you switch, adjust, or stay put is entirely your call.
Do you only work with people whose renewal is coming up?
No — new-home buyers, small-business owners setting up their first policy, and anyone who just wants a second opinion on their current coverage are all a good fit. The renewal-review is just the easiest no-pressure entry point.
